Keema curry? (lamb mince and peas - Nigella has a recipe irrc, or you can just use curry paste)

anythign

shepherd's pie, bolognese, chilli, meatballs, burgers, mince and mash

ladette · 12/02/2008 16:18

lamb burgers - just mix with chopped onions, squeeze together into burger shapes. Yum.

Meatballs. I don't bother with too much onion - can make them fall apart. If you have any, left over rice mixed with mince and a bit of seasoning makes lovely soft meatballs.

moussaka

Breadcrumbs
egg
herbs (mint I'd say
salt & pepper

Mix well and make into sausage shapes.
Chill in fridge for 20mins and the fry over a low heat.

tis iirc - 'if I remember correctly'

bamzooki · 12/02/2008 17:06

Lamb crumble - cook it in a really tomatoey sauce, tinned toms, tomato purree etc, with onions and whatever else you fancy - grated carrots, peas etc, add generous rosemary, and cover with a standard crumble mix where the sugar is replaced by cheese plus a little more rosemary. Very filling and delicious.
Not sure about IRRC, but IIRC is If I Remember Correctly, which I think is what was meant.
