cocktails anyone?

I might be mad, but I've just agreed to hold a cocktail party on Saturday night to celebrate friends birthday. Now I'm stumped, I'm trying to think up as many cocktail recipes as I can, using as few base boozes as possible. Im thinking Vodka Cava Cointreau Brandy to make "Champagne" cocktails, moscow mules, cosmos, sea breezes..... what else should I be ading to the list? What are your favourites?

Just before I got pregnant with ds2, dp and I were trying to use up our spirits and so we had a cocktail evening each week . Our PC has been cleaned since then, however, so I'm not sure if I've kept any links.

Aha, have just found \link{http://members.lycos.co.uk/theladsonline/drinking/cocktailmaker.html\the lads online}. It was my favourite site during our (all too short) cocktail drinking spree. And my fave drinks were Baybreeze, Lucero Lemonade or Cosmopolitan.

P.S. Our PC needed cleaning electronically, not from us vomiting over it. just thought I'd avoid any misunderstanding which might arise there.

Lucero Lemonade
Mexican variation on the Lynchburg Lemonade

Tequila 1 shot
Lime juice 1 shot
Cointreau ½ shot
Lemonade to fill

Glass 12 oz
Garnish Lemon wedge

Build in a glass
