ok so I know i'm leaving it a bit late. Basically everything else is under control.
I have brought french beans, baby sweetcorn and mange tout. I was thinking about stirfrying them, but not sure if i should add something.
To give you an idea the rest of the plate consists of:
Chunky chicken fillet marinated in lemon juice on a bed of spinach (also cooked in lemon juice and garlic). With roasted new potatos.
Served with a lime and coconut creamy sauce.
So what do you think?
