topping for ryvitas

I know they are a bit bland a a little like chewing cardboard but I bought them so ds1 can have a snack when he comes home from school and have quite decided that i dont mind them. Ds1 will only have them with philadelphia cheese but i need ideas of what else i can put on them for me.

The sesame ones are nice with hoummous

those little tins of flavoured tuna (the tomato one topped with cheese then grillled til it's melty...yum)

oooh have loads of tuna in the cupboard will give that a go, dont "do" hoummus.

i like the seame seed ones with marmite.

ryvita is lovely with vegemite on, then philadelphia on top.

oh ds1 would love it with philadelphia and marmite, will have to remeber that one.

was gonna get him the currant ones to try but the sugar content is more then he is allowed at the moment (he is doing MEND programme)
