Got a pasta maker for Christmas, which is fun. DD (15 months) is quite a fan of stuffed pasta/ravioli/tortellini type things, and so I made a nice roasted pepper and garlic ravioli which went down a storm. what are your favourite fillings, and can you pass on recipes if you have them? Thanks.

Roasted pepper and garlic blitzed with chicKpeas or other beans like borlotti ect.

I second the sundried toms and would also mix them with some type of pulse.

Vegemince bolegnaise sauce just like you would serve on spaghetti.

Pumpkin/butternut squash - roast and blitz to a thick puree. Mix with chickpeas if you like.

Ooh - pulses - cunning plan! Many thanks - keep them coming, please!

Bit of a faff, but - little parcel of parma ham containing mozzarella, parmesan, sundried tomato and a basil leaf. I think it's a Jamie Oliver one, it's bliss, and I haven't made it in an age. Works well enough without the ham as well.

Can we have a rota where I come to each of your houses and you feed me? I do think it's important that I taste the finished product before deciding...
