Can toddlers eat too many oranges/fruit?

DS is obsessed with satsumas/clementines whatever they are and will easily eat about 5+ throughout the day, if we have bananas in he will keep wanting those aswell - can they have too much of any fruit? TIA x

Fruit has natural sugars which are bad for their teeth so yes i suppose they can have too much. They can also get the runs. But, its probably a phase that will pass. It did with my dc. dc4 used to eat bananas like they were going out of fashion! Now he eats maybe 3 per week!
