Hiya everyone, got a bit of a problem with my little boy, he is 2years and 5months old. I just can't get him to eat meat! The health visitors are worried he's not putting on weight, and the fact that he isn't getting enough protein. I have tried everything, disguising it, make it fun, include him in cooking. He also won't eat eggs or beans, so I too am getting concerned now. I can get him to eat a little bit of ham and small amount of chicken but even then he is turning his nose up at it. What am I to do, I am ant my wits end and getting more concerned by the day? He is full of energy and never stops! Will post this on behaviour forum too!

Minced beef ?
If worried about protein have you tried quorn. My ds was similar.. the amount of happy sodding smiley faces I made which ended up on the floor!

What about milk, cheese etc? My DS will not eat meat in any quantity, but has always drunk a massive amount if milk and eaten youghurts and cheese.

He will drink milk and eat yoghurts but won't go near cheese, yeah we tried minced beef but haven't tried quorn yet!
