HOw do you make Pizza dough in a bread maker?

Firstly do you have a dough setting?

Recipes

1 cup water
1tbsp melted butter
2tbsp Sugar
1 tsp salt
2 3/4 cups Bread flour
1 tps Fast acting yeast

Once bread maker finished
Shape into flat pizza shapes, put on greased baking tray. Brush lightly with oil.
Cover for 15 mins and allow to rise.
Add toppings
Bake for at 200 until golden brown.

I use:

300g flour
1/2 tsp yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
200ml water

for future reference...

itried it tonight and it was really wet too, I chucked in ion the work top with a pile of flour and it wasn't too bad once I worked that in, it was really hard to flatten out as it was so springy, but tasted soooo good.

I might try that one fallenmaddona, mine definatly had too much yeast and water.

The pizza dough recipe in my breadmaker manual is:

290ml water
2tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
480g plain flour
2.5 tsp yeast

I find that whatever the recipe it helps to make it a few hours ahead and leave it time to stand once rolled out - that way it rises much better.
