Help needed Gluten Free

I am catering a party and one of the guests has just told me they follow a gluten free diet. What buffet type things can I provide for them? Any help would be gratefully received! TIA.

Have a look at my recent threads, sorry I can't do links but if you search for me, I have just been asking advice for my daughters lunchs and snacks so you should get some good advice.
