Cookie/biscuit virgin - recipe help please!

I would like to make DH some cookies or biscuits for valentines day as we are not exactly flush at the moment.

How?? Where can i get heart shape cutters? am not near a lakeland. Have a Woolies though.

I got heart-shaped muffin tin from tescos (it's red, and silicon so easy to remove muffins) about £5. I'm going to make choc or banana muffins for him.
I'll see if i can dig out some easy cookie recipes - do you want to roll out?(if you haven't got cutters?) Or just have the drop-ones?
