URGENT! Need a recipe for a Panasonic breadmaker machine

Help! I have a MNetter coming over for lunch and my DH has taken my recipe book to work for photocopying and left it there If anyone could post a recipe for a rapid loaf (ideally wholemeal) asap I would be unbelievably grateful. I don't want to have to buy a loaf of bread as my own is so much nicer.

1 1/4 tsp yeast
250g wholemeal
250g white
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
25g butter
1 1/2 tbsp milk powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
360 ml water

that is for rapid bake
