Cake icing recipe? Anyone got anything that would fit well with Willy Wonka?

It's DD's 2nd birthday in a couple of weeks and I'm going to make a birthday cake in the shape of Peppa Pig and would love to have a squidgy sweet icing for the sandwich layers. Does anyone know how to make a delicious foamy icing?

Jane Asher Buttercream Icing

100g (4oz) butter
225g (8oz) icing sugar, sieved
2 teaspoons lemon juice

Beat the butter in a bowl with a wooden spoon until light and fluffy then beat in icing sugar and lemon juice.
