Can anyone tell me which is nutritionally superior: Wild salmon or organic salmon? And if so, why?

I can't make up my mind..

TIA

Not sure about nutritionally but from a sustainable/environmental point of view, if the wild samon is one you have caught yourself then it is morally superior to the farmed organic salmon. If it is wild salmon from Alaska then it will have been air-freighted here so that's not good.

We do eat quite a lot of organic salmon but I don't feel happy about it because I think any form of fish farming is probably not great. But I see it as the lesser of two evils.

I feed the dc tinned wild salmon quite a lot (comes by ship not air so much lower carbon footprint) but don't like the taste myself.
