I went for a huge long walk down to the fish market and must have left my brain behind because I bought a big sea bass, which the man cleaned gutted and scaled. So now I have a lovely big fish with a head and tail, to feed 2.... Tail end or head end?! Am I going to have to fillet it to make a meal for two? If so how the heck do you do that?!
