Mars bars are also fabulous melted with a little milk then poured over vanilla ice-cream and eaten straight away

This is what I make, melt the mars bars with rice crispies or cornflakes like the usual recipe (you may want to add a bar or normal cooking chocolate to make it less sticky), then drizzle melted white chocolate across the top and immediately sprinkle choc drops into the white chocolate - very decadent and rich but went down well at work when I made it!

Hope that helps . . .

1oz of rice crispies to 1 oz of marg to 1 mars bar, so for 7 mars bar melt mars bar and 7oz marg and mix with 7oz of rice crispies

I presume you just put them into little cake cases???

When I make mars bar cake I Microwave a chocolate sponge then melt a couple of mars bars and pour it on top of the sponge and serve with chocolate custard. Yum, yum!!!

I just put mine into a big tray and then slice it into square chunks when cooled.
