Could anybody tell me where I can download receipes for above as just moved and can't find cookery books and am in the mood for baking, please help anyone!! thanks.

always good to buy shop mince meat and ad lots of diced apple and orange peel (only bit though) and dried cranberries and lots and lots of brandy/ cointreau/ vodka/all of the above
