P.S. also gorgeous with Baileys instead of whisky, if not quite as authentic.

I've made this - very tasty! But alarmingly the oats swell up to an enormous size when mixing, so make sure you use a big bowl - mine was nearly overflowing....thought it was going to climb out & take over the kitchen

It was amazing. And if you toast the oats as per the recupe and mix at the last minute they don't swell up.

NB: do not drink the rest of the whisky between you in one night. It is a Bad Plan.
