I need to go dairy free as DS has a suspected allergy and I will need to go dairy free myself if I continue feeding him.

I know what I can and can't have when it comes to cooking meals but I would love some suggestions for treats if you are willing to share.

I'm going to go shopping this week and look for some of the treats recommended from this thread. I'm hoping there's a change from just the dairy otherwise it's cutting out soya too Sad

@Blurberoo Those look divine! Just as well DS keeps me busy, otherwise I'd be making them all of the time.

I was dairy free, soya free and egg free whilst breastfeeding, my youngest is still free of above, my eldest has grown out of them.
I would recommend these Facebook groups - they are really helpful, including for recipes and food finds www.facebook.com/groups/CMPASr/?ref=share

Treats I went for were supermarket own brand after eights, dark chocolate, free from rocky road, bourbon biscuits, gingernuts, oat biscuits, party rings, oreos, crumpets, flavoured nuts, poppets, mr Kipling style individual apple/fruit pies. Aldi i think do vegan brioche. My kids and me were always ok with soya lecithins, something worth looking into if you end up going down the soya free route too.

Hope you get some answers re your baby.
