Omega oils - which one

What's the best type of omega oil supplement to give to three year old DS please? Where do you buy it etc?

There are some good threads o this site about it (do a search for "fish oils") - I've put my daughter on eskimo oil based on people's recommendations, and her concentratio has NOTICEABLY improved. In fact when I went for parents evening her teacher said "if we had had this evening a month ago I would have said completely different things, but now I can say she is concentrating well and really getting things done!.
