Does anyone have those Activia yoghurts?

I bought them because I am always bloated in the afternoon and I hate looking 7lbs heavier that I do in the morning

anyway had one this afternoon and I now have stomach cramps so bad I am bent double. Is it just a coincidence or is it the yoghurts?

Hmm maybe its just me then. I sometimes feel like this when I havent eaten enough but have eaten well today so dont know why.

Will give them another run tomorrow and see if same thing happens

Thanks

Go for mint tea! It's great for de-bloating.

Ah come on now it just tastes of hot mint...even some polos would help!

OR lie on your back on the floor + 'cycle' your legs in the air - this also shifts it!
(maybe close your curtains first!)

Were they the fat free ones? Could be the sweetener in them giving you cramps? I know it can happen to me with some things with sweetners in. Just a thought. x

I hvae just eaten my activia! I have them beacuse i like them, not for bloating but i have never had cramps, but when i have the actimal yoghurt drink thingys i get such bad wind, it smells like something died in my bowels!!!!!!!!

They are full of crap.Thickeners and sweeteners and other nasties. Check the label and you will see what I mean..Yuck.
Plain live yoghurt costs a fraction of the price and really will do yuo good.
