1 tin of sweetcorn
4 tablespoons of plain flour
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
2 tablespoons milk
water to mix
Recipe
put flour, eggs, milk, and seasoning into a bowl and mix thoroughly.add water and mix until you get a nice medium consistency (not too thick not too runny)add the tin of sweetcorn.
heat an inch of oil in a frying pan and drop spoonfulls of the mixture into it ,fry on both sides slowly until golden brown.
serve as a starter with salad ,as a quick snack for hungry kids, or as part of a main meal
