ive got sour cream, eggs, flour, sugar, fruit. what can i make?

hm...how about some sort of fruity thing similar to bread pudding...

or a sweet omelet with fruitsalad

something along the line of fruit scones?

Scones, make loads then freeze tham they defrost beautifully in the microwave when you need tham then you can spread lots of butter on them when they are warm.

How about this?

oops, that was fruit in sultanas etc...not like fresh fruit was it...the breadpud thing still work...so would the omelette, only wouldn't be a fruitsalad one, lol
