8oz white breadcrumbs
4oz butter or shredded suet
4tbsp chopped parsley
0.5 tsp thyme
0.5 tsp mixed herbs
pepper and salt
lemon - rind and juice
2 eggs
Mix it all up. Put into neck of chicken and make into little balls which you can fry til golen and serve with the chicken. Both my mother and grandma used to make loads of these and put bags of them in the freezer!
