do i need special pudding tins?
i have recipe but what do i put batter in?

like little cake tin trays that do about a dozen or one of those fray bentos pie tins to make huge ones... Make sure fat is smoking before you put batter in...

noton fire though!! just v hot

If you have a tray bake tin - these work well too. Just portion your pudding up then when it comes out of the oven.
