Semi skimmed milk

Can i give semi skimmed milk to my dd who has just turned 2.Forgot to buy milk today and thats all we have

you have the option to change to semi-skimmed milk when your lo is 2 as long as she has a good varied diet. My dd (4) still has full fat milk but we need to use that for her 1 year old brother anyway.

its fine as a one off, but unless the child is quite "chubby" not recommended as a main milk until at least 5.

the odd bit if you run out here or there wont hurt them though
