Homemade fish fingers?

Does anyone have a recipe for homemade fish fingers?

Yep. All I do is cut salmon/cod/whatever into strips and then dip into flour, then beaten egg, then breadcrumbs. (You can freeze at this stage on a single layer on greaseproof paper and then pack into a box or bag when frozen solid). Cook either by frying for a couple of minutes each side (which is what I usually do) or baking in oven until cooked through - probably about 15 mins

You can use prepared (not dry) cous cous as well
