Im on annual leave next week and want to do a load of cooking and freezing.
So far ive got:
Carrot n parsnip soup
Tomato sauce for pasta.

what else could i do?

lol onebatmother, yes actually, I'm single and run my own business, he comes to work after school and 'helps' in his own little way!

But I don't always work on site after school, it's a mix of that and working from home.

good chicken suggestion coby. Another good thing to do is make the stock, riduce it, and freeze it in ice cube trays. Then you always have a bit od stock to throw in home cooking.

He's also chief envelope licker and in charge of customer security (he shreds everything!)

Managed to sneak on for my daily fix OBM Tuver is a type of lentil, use any that you have, yellow split peas are a fine substitute. Yes Daal Masala is a spice mix for daal from indian grocers, but you can use ground cumin and coriander like I do. It is a brill recipe though, so try it if you can.
