How do I make cauliflower cheese, please?

I am a decent cook really, but my mum never made it, so I'd be guessing...

Make a cheese sauce (like you would for a lasagne)

Boil cauliflower.

Pour sauce over cauli.

Bake til golden brown. yum!

a nice variation is to stir cream cheese into the cooked cauli then just sprinkle with grated cheese on top - nice if you can't be bothered to make a cheese sauce!

You can just cook cauliflower, make cheese sauce, stir the cauliflower in, and eat .
