I have the most bestest chocolate mousse recipe ever but it's at home..

it has bacardi and coffee in it.. it is delicious... can't rememebr who's recipe it is now though.

Think it's just whisked egg whites, dark chocolate, coffee and bacardi

the one with eggs will be much richer - without will be light and airy - depends what you prefer.

I love the chocolate creme brulee recipe off delia - loads of eggs, super rich

Chocolate Pots

175g dark chocolate (at least 70%)
1 egg
100 ml full-fat milk
150 ml double cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp allspice
8 x 60ml pots

Blitz the chocolate in a food processor. Heat milk and cream until almost boiling, then add spice and vanilla. Pour into the food processor. Let stand for 30 seconds. Process for 30 seconds. Add the egg, process for 45 seconds. Pour into pots and let set in the fridge for at least six hours. Remove from fridge at least 20 minutes before serving.

nappyaddict, could you post your eggless mousse recipe please?
