Making Bangers & Mash how to make tasty Gravy?

will be feeding dh, myself & dd 20 months bangers,mash & veg tonight would like a quick tasty gravy idea please

No doubt you've already had tea considering its gone 10 o'clock.I'll tell you what I like and you can try it next time.Couple of beef stock cubes dissolved in the veg water, corn flour to thicken, then add some fried onions and the sausage to the gravy just to coat them. Mmmmm, tasty.

sweat the onions with a little bit of star anise.. ...improves the taste no end..
