Hi, the recipe is:

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
3 spring onions, thinly sliced
1 garlic clove, crushed
400g corn kernels, cut from the cob
250g green beans, topped
125ml chicken stock
salt & pepper

Heat oil and butter in a large pan, over medium heat. When butter has melted, add spring onions and cook for 1-2 minutes until soft. Add the garlic and cook for another minute. Add corn and beans and cook for 2-3 minutes, then add the chicken stock. cover the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until beans are bright green and tender. Season and serve.
Happy eating.
