I did one for last week:
- salmon fillets with watercress, sugar snap peas and avocado
- steak with lemon and thyme (tuna for me), oven wedges and onion rings - we didn't have this so will have it this week instead!
- solw gougons with dill mayo, salad and crusty bread
- duck and/or roasted veg wraps with egg noodles
- veggie chilli and rice
And I have just done nextweek's, doing Sainsburys order at same time:
- pasta and sweet pepper salad
- grilled cod (chicken for DH) with srping herbs dressing, with salad
- haddock stuffed with muchrooms, with jacket potatoes
- thai noodles with crab
- roasted vegetable mousaka
But this week I forgot, so having to make it up as I go along. What is on your planner, for inspiration!
