boiled potatoes

Cooked loads too many boiled potatoes - is the only thing to do with them chuck them?

I always keep extra boiled potatoes in the fridge - they are lovely fried with cold meat, or you could mash them & make a shepherd's pie, or bubble & squeak, or corned beef hash... lots of things.

Boil 'em, mash 'em, stick'em in a stew .

Mash them (without milk and butter I find they thaw out watery if you do) and freze them in portions.
