My dd has decided she no longer likes meat. I made a beef caserole last week which she used to love and just spat it out, same goes with chicken, mince anything meaty really! I can't think what to give her instead which will give her enough iron which she is going to need with not eating meat. She loves pasta, cheese etc but I can't feed her macaroni cheese forever!

ds2 went through a meat hating stage but now he has started eating what he's given.
Vegetable lasagne is nice.

i have a vegetarian ds and dd (3 and nearly 1)
try substituting meat for lentils - so make shephards pie, lasagne etc with green lentils rather than mince. also stuff with chickpeas good for protein - falafel, humous etc. and of course cheese. she should be fine

My kids have been veggie all their lives, as I was. Won't do them a bit of harm. Considering all the news about chicken/eggs this week I would have thought more people would be considering it TBH.

Thankyou everybody! I'm going to get her to eat more fish. Have bought some salmon for tea which I will mix with some mash potatoes. Will also try adding a few bits of broccoli too!
