Marinade for chicken drummers - any ideas ?

Am using some drumsticks up out of the freezer and want to make a marinade without having to go to the shops. Have garlic, soy sauce, honey and various herbs and spices.

Any fab ideas ?

Thanks

I though you were talking about these!

eh ? Can't see link but presume you are talking about those 'food of the devil' things which everyone always goes on about. I was just using lazy slang for 'real' chicken...

Oh yes. That link didn't work. I mean those Bernard Matthew thingies. I was going to say there is no marinade that could make those taste good!

too late now but you can do lovely things with chicken bits and a marinade using :
Smoked Paprika
Coke
Ketchup (or tomato puree if ketchup isn't around)
Fresh Ginger
Garlic
Cumen
Salt/Pepper
