Just a quickie - does anyone know any good recipes for viggie baby using tofu -(silken) - I usually fry it in olive oil but not keen on this for baby - what do you think

Plus has anyone been advised or knows do you have to move onto progress or step up milk. I am currently breastfeeding and using SMA gold

I just add some tofu into the blender when I make a normal veggie dish - not too much per dish though or it gets very bland. For example: fried onion in olive oil, with tiny bit of garlic and cumin; add carrots, swedes, potato, water; simmer; when cooked blend with some tofu. THe tofu is cooked already, so you don't have to cook it at all.

question: i'm weaning my 1yr old and have tried soy milk vanilla however i hear conflicting issues regarding soy milk and baby girls due to the high estrogen content in soy milk. does anyone know more info on the subject?
