Will sliced banana go brown?

We're travelling on Sunday and would like to take some banana for dd to snack on. She hasn't quite got the hang of eating chunks of banana yet so I'm still slicing them for her. Obviously we won't be able to take a knife with us on an airplane so if I pre-slice one and wrap it in cling-film - will it be OK so should I stick to satsumas?!

can't you just take a whole banana and break it into small pieces with your hands??

think it might go a bit brown and slimy if you pre-slice it!

take a banana in skin and a spoon , open top end of banana and spoon out, job done.

and yes will go brown
