have you got any evaporated milk? Carnation, that kind of thing? and any stock cubes?

discoverlife · 09/01/2008 13:23

Peppercorn sauce. If you have cream, bring cream to boil then quickly turn down heat to simmer, pile in about half a teaspoon pepper and half a veg or chicken stock cube and simmer. A touch of chill if its still not zingy enough. Otherwise make a white sauce with flour, milk, butter and add same ingrediants. You can then add diced peppers and simmer till they are just starting to go tender as you still want some 'bite' in them.
Boil the rice as normal and add cooked diced veg. If you have an egg do an egg fried rice.

Pork parcels - put chops in square of tin foil. Add sliced peppers & onions, some herbs of choice. Dash of cream if you have any, don't worry if not. Dot some butter on, salt & pepper.
Cook in oven at 180 (Gas 4) for about 25 mins. Serve with your rice

get Ideal MIlk
you bake the chops in the oven on a baking tray andwhen they re all caramelly and brown you take them out and pour in the Ideal Milk and scrape the pan with a wooden spoon to make the most delicious gravy

you should saute all the vegetables with the exception of the broccoli in oil and butter and then add the rice and the stock and enough double the volume of water to rice and cook slowly with the lid on , don't lift it, for 15 minutes, adding some worcesterhire sauce before serving

What time's dinner, when am I comeing round?

Put them in a baking dish with a tin of condensed mushroom soup and a bit of milk. s & p. Bake for an hour(?) (mean should be nice and soft) Serve over rice with some of the sauce.

Cook the chops, when cooked put a dollop of apple sauce and a thick slice of cheese on top and grill. Serve with veg.
