Yoghurts

What kind of yoghurts does everyone feed their little ones and are petit filous really bad to give?

they are full of sugar
but really sugar helps the bowel and doesn't rot teeth if you brush regularly and dont let them have them every day four times a day

natural with a swirl of fruit compote/preserve
scary sugar in a lot of bought ones

Petit Filou are far too rich and luxurious for babies. So keep those for yourself.

I give mine Yeo Valley, wholemilk yogurt with fruit lumps.

I'll have a look for the Yeo Valley ones tomorrow

DS does get a Petit filous every day with lunch but his teeth are scrubbed every morning and night religiously
