Unsaturated fat alternative to butter - for baking?

I always bake with real butter although I use soya/sunflower spreads for spreading

Can I just replace the butter with a spread like "Pure" (rather expensive option) or are any of those block cooking margarines polyunsaturated (i.e. like Stork)?

I'm thinking mainly of the breadmaker.
