Just got some last month.
Meant to be a good tonic for health generally.

I bought some flax oil from the health food bit in Sainsbury's. Tried to take a teaspoon each morning as I have psoriasis, and it is supposed to be v good for this. It tastes yeuk, and I gagged every time. Perhaps mixed into a salad dressing might be easier way to take it, but how you would give it to a baby without them spitting it back at you I don't know.

she recommends you put it in baby's milk, if bottlefeeding, or mixed with vegetables.
