mm I like the lemon garlic and herbs idea. I used to do a red wine and mushroom sauce... There are also some lovely ideas on this 'What's for dinner?' thread

If you happen to have chinese five spice, soy sauce and some oilve oil, mix all that together and then cover them with it. Bake in a foil parcel in the oven for 25-30 mins at 180deg and serve with homemade apple sauce!
Otherwise, you can bake in a foil parcel with homemade apple sauce and then add more to eat them with!

Throw in an oven proof dish, roughly chop 2 onions, 4 carrots, anything else root veggy. Throw over about 12 prunes, a good glug of leftover wine and half a pint of stock. Cover with fine slices of raw potato til well covered. Place in a low oven for about 1.5 hours. Remove foil and turn oven up for last 15 mins to brown pots at top.

Serve with al dente broccolli or other gree veg and a glass of lovely wine. Enjoy.
