Breakfast ideas for 1 year old please

Well he'll be 1 on Friday. We usually have toast, cereal or eggs but he's getting bored. We BLW and he really prefers to feed himself too.

His eggs have to be well done as he has a mild allergy (seen the hospital about it) so can't do boiled egg and soldiers. Any ideas please? Some quick ones would be good for weekdays (older 2 have to be taken to pre-school/school) but I don't mind anything a bit more time consuming at the weekend.

differnt sorts of cut up fruit
rice cakes with marmite
porridge
muffins
crumpets

Thanks, I do give muffins and crumpets now and again but he doesn't really eat much anymore. I'll try the fruit though, hadn't thought of that for breakfast, he usually eats it as a snack or after dinner.

Ditto rice cakes, usually a snack but he seems fed up of those too. He eats oatcakes sometimes too. Will also try some porridge.

Crumpets
Raisins
Banana
Porridge with cinammon/raisins in it.
Eggy bread.

These all go down well with my ultra fussy eater! x
