does thai curry improve overnight or is it best made and eaten immediately?

title says it all. would prefer to prepare this dish (thai chicken curry) the day before as having big dinner party on saturday and dont want to be faffing in kitchen.

I think the day before might work - I always make a lot so I can freeze some for later and DH swears it improves

but sometimes if you're adding veg esp green ones - they can go a bit dark, still taste ok but look less appetising
So maybe save some mage toute etc and add on day of serving
