How long does it keep in the fridge (raw and cooked)?

Raw. For months and months I think...

Thanks. MIA has given me some from their Christmas dinner, some of it raw and some that came from the roasting tin. It's in a couple of sealed pots in the fridge atm. Anyone know how long I can keep the cooked stuff?

Cooked stuff can be kept for ages as long as any bits have been strained out. It has been heated to such a high temp it is fine. I reuse mine about 3-4 times before discarding it.
