Hi all, I'm new to this site and also new to making my own soups! (wink) I done the weight watchers diet about 4 years ago and lost 2 and a half stone, having pigged out a bit over xmas its time to do it again!

I would like to start making my own soups, preferablt 0 point ones so i can have as much as i want without worryin... and have seen some of your ideas which will really help, so keep them coming!! Does anyone know if it is ok to freeze them once cooked?? Unfortunately my son is very stubbon and wont try anything different, and so i will be the only eating them when i make them! Just really need to know if its ok to freeze them, if so how long for? and is it easy enough to re-heat? Do i simply put in a saucepan and bring back to boil??

Sorry if i sound thick, not really used to experimenting, but would love to start trying!xx
