Any ideas for a tasty broccoli side dish to go with my roast pork & crackling?

Thanks

Broccolli in cheese sauce.

sauteed in butter with garlic and basil?

Are you having all the trimmings with the roast pork?

stir-fried with ginger, garlic and soy sauce?

Boil for a few minutes (as it can be tough sometimes) then saute in olive oil with lots of garlic and a pinch of salt. Sometimes I add a drop of balsamic vinegar too. Yummmy.

oh asparagus grilled on the bbq is the best!!!! Of course it helps to have california weather to do it in.

Actually roasted brocolli is delicious too. the thing is with the grilling and bbq-ing of greens is that the cooking concentrates the flavour and intensifies the umami(savoury taste) that occurs in them naturally.

Mmm garlic & chilli sounds good. Lemon zest too maybe?

Also having carrots sauted in butter with thyme, & goose fat potatos. Having been craving crackling all week
