CHICORY - DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RED & YELLOW

Does anyone know whether there is a difference in flavour between the red and yello/green chicory please?

I've bought some yellow/green for a salad as they didn't have red.

Also, can you believe you can't buy dried canneloni??? Tried Sainsbury's and Tesco's. Will have to make do with Lasagne instead but it won't be the same.

I confess I didn't know what kind of colour chicory was, let alone that there were 2 colours!

I know next to nothing about canelloni too but at least in sharing my ignorance with you, I've bumped you up.

I was thinking about you the other day. How are you keeping? Has the morning sickness worn off yet?

You can buy dried cannelloni. DW got some about two months ago at tescos.

Daddycool, thanks. They used to sell it, but don't appear to now. Guess I'll have to try Asda and Waitrose as the lasagne won;t be quite right.
