no egg recipes

Hope someone can help, I need to find some eggless recipes for birthday cake (a simple sponge is fine), fairy cakes and coated chicken fingers.

Anyone know any or have any ideas where I can find them?

Does anyone happen to know that if I use vegetable oil as a replacement for egg, how much I need to use?

Eg is it 1 tablespoon per egg or something?
