we have lots of courgettes

if i cut into sticks and then dip in flour and fry will they be crisp and yummy?

yes they will.
if you use gram flour, which is made from chickpeas i think, and will be found in the asian section ni supermarkets. add some chilli powder, garlic and cumin powder. mixed with water into batter before you dip them, they make yummy pakoras.
do it with any an all veg. yummy!
